Glorious sunsets!

What is dispersed camping? It’s not a phrase I know.

Dispersed camping is a term used to describe camping outside of designated campgrounds. In the western United States (especially Arizona, Utah, New Mexico, Colorado), there is quite a bit of national forest land or land controlled by the Bureau of Land Management. You can camp in these areas for up to fourteen days at a time for free.

Similarish to wild camping in Scotland, although wild camping in camper vans isn't allowed unless they have their own toilet.

Nice photos and nice piece. I did one earlier this year on the reasons sunrises look richer during the colder months. If you’d like to give it a read, go here: https://open.substack.com/pub/glenncook/p/new-day-rising?r=727x&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web
